Behind the scenes, our exceptional back-of-house team plays an equally important role - assisting with event coordination and providing outstanding customer service. From your very first enquiry to delivery at your door, they ensure the whole process is easy, quick and super efficient.

Based in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, our rural kitchen is where craft, flavour and fresh ingredients come together to make every occasion feel special.
What other services do you offer?
We don’t just make canapés - we help you host with ease. Alongside our delicious canapé delivery, we can also provide service staff, drinks, glassware, chefs, servicewear, oven hire and event support to suit any occasion. From small get togethers to big celebrations and corporate events, our team is here to make sure everything feels effortless and looks amazing.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery primarily covers Greater London as well as the Home Counties, although we can service other areas too. Email us at info@canapebox.co.uk and we’d be happy to help plan the logistics with you.
How will my canapés be delivered?
Our CanapéBox team will deliver your canapés in eco-friendly transport trays, complete with nifty chill packs, keeping your canapés chilled for up to six hours post delivery. No refrigeration needed - simply plate and serve when you’re ready!
(Transport trays are not designed to serve your canapés, you will need to provide your own servicewear.)
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is £300 plus standard delivery (£35). There is a minimum order value of 20 canapés per flavour / 20 Easy Order Bundles per flavour.
How many canapés do you recommend?
We typically recommend between 6 and 8 canapés per person for a 1-2 hour reception, plus an additional 2 canapés per person, per hour thereafter.
When is the latest I can order?
We require 5 days notice on all orders. 
If you are looking to place an order within 24/48 hours of delivery, we may be able to offer you a Lucky Dip Easy Order Bundle.

Do you accommodate dietary requests and requirements?
Absolutely! We have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free and nut free options available. All allergens can be found under our Allergens Matrix here.
We ask that all dietary requests are confirmed at least five working days prior to your event. 
All our products are produced in kitchens that contain allergens and we cannot guarantee our products are 100% free from allergens or contain only listed ingredients. We do, however, produce our products using rigorous HACCP and SFBB systems so our products present a ‘low risk’.
How do I amend my order?
Please email us at orders@canapebox.co.uk as soon as possible.
Numbers can be reduced 48 hours prior to your event, after this time they can only be increased.
