Our CanapéBox team will deliver your canapés in eco-friendly transport trays, complete with nifty chill packs, keeping your canapés chilled for up to six hours post delivery. No refrigeration needed - simply plate and serve when you’re ready!

(Transport trays are not designed to serve your canapés, you will need to provide your own servicewear.)

All our canapés are freshly prepared the morning of your event and delivered cold. Our Hot Bites range are designed to be reheated by you in an oven, but are also safe to eat cold if preferred. Please refer to the reheating guidelines on the last page of our Hot Bites menu.

Delivery primarily covers Greater London as well as the Home Counties, although we can service other areas too. Email us at info@canapebox.co.uk and we’d be happy to help plan the logistics with you.

We typically recommend between 6 and 8 canapés per person for a 1-2 hour reception, plus an additional 2 canapés per person, per hour thereafter.

We don’t deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, but we can deliver a selection of canapés the day before, designed to last 48 hours. These items will need to be kept refrigerated overnight. Please contact us to discuss.

A canapé is a small, bite-sized appetiser - beautifully made, full of flavour and perfect for all types of events, from parties and celebrations to networking events and awards ceremonies. They’re those irresistible little nibbles that not only look impressive but taste every bit as good as they look - something we take great pride in at CanapéBox.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday within one of the following standard delivery windows:

a) 11am – 1pm
b) 1pm – 4pm

Standard delivery is charged at £35. Out of hours delivery and deliveries outside of the M25 will incur additional charges.

Our minimum order is £300 plus standard delivery (£35). There is a minimum order value of 20 canapés per flavour / 20 Easy Order Bundles per flavour.

Absolutely! We have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free and nut free options available. All allergens can be found under our Allergens Matrix here.

We ask that all dietary requests are confirmed at least five working days prior to your event.

All our products are produced in kitchens that contain allergens and we cannot guarantee our products are 100% free from allergens or contain only listed ingredients. We do, however, produce our products using rigorous HACCP and SFBB systems so our products present a ‘low risk’.

Numbers can be reduced 48 hours prior to your event, after this time they can only be increased.

We require 5 days notice on all orders.

If you are looking to place an order within 24/48 hours of delivery, we may be able to offer you a Lucky Dip Easy Order Bundle.

Please contact us directly for last minute orders and we’ll do our best to help.

Orders cancelled with 5 working days notice will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after this time cannot be refunded.

Our canapés are a cold food delivery service and therefore zero VAT rated. Our canapés will need to be removed from their transport packaging and placed on to your own platters to serve.

We don’t just make canapés - we help you host with ease. Alongside our delicious canapé delivery, we can also provide service staff, drinks, glassware, chefs, servicewear, oven hire and event support to suit any occasion. From small get togethers to big celebrations and corporate events, our team is here to make sure everything feels effortless and looks amazing.
