Delivery

Our canapés arrive freshly crafted and are delivered between 11.00 am and 4.00pm on the day of your event. Orders will be dropped off at least one hour before your event start time. If you need a specific delivery time or a slot outside our standard window, just ask - we can arrange a dedicated courier (fee quoted on request).

Where do you deliver?

Based in the Chiltern Hills (between London & Oxford), we cover Greater London, the Home Counties, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. We also support event deliveries further afield - simply call us on 01494 883 445 or email info@canapebox.co.uk so we can plan the logistics with you.

The standard delivery charge within London also covers all congestion, ULEZ and parking costs.

How are my canapés transported?

Your canapés arrive in eco-friendly transport trays with reusable chill-packs, keeping them perfectly chilled for up to six hours after delivery. No need for extra refrigeration - simply plate and serve when it’s time. 

We offer two standard windows:

• Delivery a) 11.00 am - 1.00 pm

• Delivery b) 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm
  
  For bespoke timings or deliveries outside the M25, we’ll arrange a dedicated courier with pricing quoted on request.

When the event’s over, the trays go straight into your recycling bin - it couldn’t be simpler.
