Discover how easy it is to bring exceptional flavours to your event. CanapéBox offers a convenient solution for delivering premium canapés directly to your door the day before your event. Enjoy stress-free hosting, knowing your order will stay fresh and is ready to serve.
Select your canapés
Choose from hot, cold, savoury or sweet canapés to bigger bites or our popular Easy Order Bundles. We also cater for gluten free, vegan and veggie options alongside other allergens and intolerances.
Schedule your delivery
Select your delivery window and our team will deliver to your door in our refrigerated vans, arriving at least 1 hour prior to your event. Your canapés will arrive in our custom designed recyclable transport trays, complete with chill packs. Reliable and on time.
Serve
Canapés stay chilled in our boxes for up to 6 hours after delivery, so no need to refrigerate! When you are ready simply remove from the box, place on your platters and serve. All packaging is recyclable.

How will my canapés be delivered?
Our CanapéBox team will deliver your canapés in eco-friendly transport trays, complete with nifty chill packs, keeping your canapés chilled for up to six hours post delivery. No refrigeration needed - simply plate and serve when you’re ready!
Which canapés will I need to heat?
All our canapés are freshly prepared the morning of your event and delivered cold. Our Hot Bites are designed to be reheated by you in an oven, but are also safe to eat cold if preferred. Please refer to the reheating guidelines on the last page of our Hot Bites menu.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery primarily covers Greater London as well as the Home Counties although we can service other areas too. Do email us at info@canapebox.co.uk and we’d be happy to help plan the logistics with you.
How many canapés do you recommend?
We typically recommend between 6 and 8 canapés per person for a 1-2 hour reception plus an additional 2 canapés per person, per hour thereafter.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
We don’t deliver on Sunday but we can deliver a selection of canapés on the Saturday designed to last 48 hours. These items will need to be kept refrigerated overnight.
