Delivery

Fresh, handmade canapé deliveries between 11am and 4pm on the day of your event*

*Orders will arrive at least 1hr before your event start time. If you require delivery outside of this window or need a specific delivery time, we can arrange a dedicated courier for you with pricing quoted upon request.

CanapéBox is based in the leafy Chiltern Hills outside of Marlow (between London & Oxford).

Delivery primarily covers Greater London as well as the Home Counties, Oxfordshire and Hampshire although we can service other areas too. Do give us a call on 01494 883 445 or email us at info@canapebox.co.uk and we’d be happy to help plan the logistics with you.

Ordering

For a 1-2 hour reception, we recommend 6 to 8 canapés per person with an additional two canapés per person, per hour thereafter. Please note, there is a minimum order requirement of £300 plus a standard £35 delivery charge (within the M25) and a minimum of 20 canapés per flavour.

Please note, orders are not confirmed until payment has been made and you’ve received a confirmation email.

How are my canapés transported?

Our CanapéBox team will deliver your canapés in eco-friendly transport trays, complete with nifty reusable chill packs, keeping your canapés chilled for up to six hours post delivery. No refrigeration needed—simply plate and serve when you’re ready! For London orders, the delivery charge also covers all the congestion, ULEZ and parking costs.

We offer two delivery windows:
a) 11 am – 1 pm
b) 1 pm – 4 pm

If you require delivery outside of these windows or need a specific delivery time, we can arrange a dedicated courier for you, with pricing quoted upon request.

Save time on clean-up!

Simply place packaging into your recycling bin at the end of your event. It couldn’t be easier!
